What I didn't get: was a clear understanding of the detail package, and the follow through of "Don't worry about it" regarding transferring and renewing the plates for the car I bought. This, while yes my first time buying a car from someone not family, felt like a very bland experience, and given the few things I can nitpick of "You'd think a sales rep would go the one extra step and do [blank]" is why I will not give more than three stars for this sales rep or the whole process. Although the other gent, the one that helped with the detailing / one day rent-a-car, he was good. I just cannot remember any feature or his name to pick him out. More

He exceeded our expectations in every way and we've dealt with some real 1970's used car salesman during our search. Fantastic! I went to Berger Chevrolet after searching online for a good place to look for a car. I was not disappointed. I had an awful car. It had a broken win I went to Berger Chevrolet after searching online for a good place to look for a car. I was not disappointed. I had an awful car. It had a broken windshield, a dent in the side door and about a million other problems. I also still owed 6000$ for it. I really needed a new car that would be safe for my family to drive. I already had a car in mind after doing some extensive research on Crossovers. I Knew i wanted a Buick Encore. I went in and spoke to Duane and i was honest about everything i could think of about my car. I gave him all my information and he tried to see what they could do in my situation. He came back with a smile on his face and asked me what color i wanted out of the 3 they had. Then he said, that Berger has a special going on select cars and that the car i wanted had this special. The completely paid off my old car without adding to the new car's loan. I have gone to countless dealers to see what they could do and Berger is the only one that was willing to pay it off completely. I would recommend going to Berger and speaking to Duane to anyone. He made it super easy and he does a wonderful job. I could not have been more grateful for their kindness. More

My salesman Duane helped me with what we thought I was going to purchase - a used car and then later when I fou All of the salesman were very helpful. My salesman Duane helped me with what we thought I was going to purchase - a used car and then later when I found out I still had a GM discount he had a comparison ready to go for me when I came back in with a new vehicle even though he is a used car salesman. He has since called me to check in on if I had any questions on my new car! Further more; I was there during the tornado warnings and the entire team was very upbeat and accommodating while we were sheltered in the basement! More

No bull, no hassle, no questions. More
