His "in the car " demonstration was so detailed that I began to wonder if he knew as much about all the other models as he did about our Rav4. When he had to leave us at his desk he always returned reasonably quickly. Friendliness seems his first and best attribute, closely followed by his attention to our wishes. and, despite all of this great service, we were surprised to learn that he was "fairly new" in his position.
