One of the smoothest low stress car purchases I have ever done. I am a busy person and had little time to waste going back and forth. Duffy got the deal done with my time constraints. Joe did an amazing job of showing the car to my wife and educating us on why the Cayenne purchase was the right car for us. Highly recommend both Joe Osorio and Duffy Elliott to anyone shopping for a car at this dealership. Things began to go south almost immediately after the purchase order was signed. My credit application was misplaced. The vehicle was found to have a nail in the tire (thus it could not be delivered when promised). The finance manager (Carol Duster) seemed very disorganized and frankly borderline incompetent. She asked me questions that she should have known the answers to, then responded "I am just the finance manager, you need to ask the sales staff that question" when my response was that she should know the answer. Certainly does not give a customer a sense of confidence! CAROL'S KNOWLEDGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE SERIOUSLY LACKING. The new car sales manager (Wyll) initially came off as a decent enough man. Once problems arose with delivery of the vehicle and the confusion/ineptness in the finance department he became an aggressive, rude, condescending man. He clearly does not believe that the customer is always right and rather than trying to defuse the situation threw "gasoline" on it with his tone and aggressive/condescending lecture to me. Hard to believe that I was talked to like I was a child as I was signing paperwork to hand over 90k to him. WYLL DICKENSON NEEDS SOME SERIOUS RE-EDUCATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have found out that he has only been in the role of New Car Sales Manager a short time, he obviously was promoted to a job in excess of his skill set. Finally, I must comment on what a breath of fresh air Eric Mihelich was. He heard me out and "owned" the multiple errors made by his employees. There is a reason he has lasted 30 years in this industry, he gets the concept of customer service. More

Warranty Service and Cosmetic Wheel Repair Advice I have utilized this dealership for service for the past 12 years and this experience was one of the very best. I have also purchased several of my Po I have utilized this dealership for service for the past 12 years and this experience was one of the very best. I have also purchased several of my Porsches at this location. This recent experience is due to the expert advice given by Scott Feinglass concerning the warranty repair for my 991.2 Turbo S, but more importantly the confidence he gave me relative to undertaking the cosmetic wheel repair for my vehicle. He was very honest and forthright that he would not recommend this service unless it was excellent. The final result absolutely exceeded my expectations and were exactly delivered as Scott had promised. Besides these results, his demeanor was very welcoming and positive when I first scheduled the appointment, during the appointment and also with follow-up after the appointment via email, which has not always been the case at the dealership with some employees. His presentation of information regarding my repairs were very comprehensive and helped me understand the process and time it would take for the repairs. Scott definitely made the point of difference in me servicing the car at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter (PAP) versus other options in the area due to his quick response to my appointment request and the facts he communicated about the repairs. My previous experiences at PAP also influenced my decision which I share with my fellow PCA members in the area. More

Trade in 7 year old GTS for a new Panamera GTS Great showroom, nice people, Duffy was especially easy to deal with.
