Fleet vehicle repair. Needed my Nissan NV200 drivers side and passenger side panel doors repaired because they were sticking and hard to close. Duke took good care of me and got the vehicle repaired in very quick time. PIcked it up next working day. Great service!! More

I have found most of my experiences here to be affordable, smooth and effortless; but this experience I was quite disappointed that I was advised of one price over the phone ($390), then when I ar affordable, smooth and effortless; but this experience I was quite disappointed that I was advised of one price over the phone ($390), then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle and pay my bill that it had increased to $470, without any explanation. I explained to the individual that he had said that the amount would be $390, and he immediately went to check on the issue, and then returned to say that he could not have said that number. I asked him if he was calling me a liar or that I was being honest with him. He responded that there must have been some miscommunication, (semantics), this is the only bill I was waiting to pay so I highly doubt I miss heard him, when he most likely had many, many prices he had given customers over the phone. Yet I was wrong. I expect people to keep their word, or at least provide adequate explanation as to why the charges were significantly more then I was previously told. Maybe trying to say I am sorry I may have given you the wrong amount or hey how about your next oil change and car wash be on us. Unfortunately, I was left with a much higher bill then I had been quoted and the word “miscommunication “ ringing in my ears. For the past 5 years I have spoke highly of this dealership and have been very pleased with the work and employees, but after this unfortunate experience and “miscommunication” I do not think in good conscious I would be able to recommend this dealership any longer. More

I have had my Nissan Altima in for some needed maintenance. My experience with the staff at your store was courteous, prompt and professional. I will bring my car back here in the future.
