This is the 11th new automobile I have purchased from MBLN since 1997. Over this time I have seen the quality of the dealership, its people, and the services they provide, improve consistently over time MBLN since 1997. Over this time I have seen the quality of the dealership, its people, and the services they provide, improve consistently over time. The recent "Auto Haus" renovations have turned it into a showplace, especially with the dedicated AMG studio. Pat Bolter is an engaged and dedicated General Manager, supported by a caring family who owns MBLN. On the service side I have worked with Scott Parry over the last eight years. They do not come any better. I recommend this dealership to anyone who are fearful of large organizations. There is an art to be being big, yet give the experience of being cared for like family. It all comes down to being effective in what you do, at any scale, by being customer focused. More
