My 20-year-old daughter took her 2019 Subaru Crosstrek to Subaru of Little Rock because it was getting slow to start. They told her both the battery and the starter tested fine and scheduled her another appo Subaru of Little Rock because it was getting slow to start. They told her both the battery and the starter tested fine and scheduled her another appointment over a week out. She left, ran a couple errands, and then the car wouldn’t start at all. When I looked at the invoice, it only showed that the battery was tested. No mention of the starter. I tried calling the service department to get some answers and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. We ended up having the car towed to a local Subaru-certified mechanic, and within no time they diagnosed it as a bad starter and fixed it. So now she’s out over $150 for a tow, had to rely on someone else for rides, and missed time dealing with something that should’ve been handled the first time. What really bothers me is being told the starter was tested when there’s no record of it and clearly it wasn’t caught. That’s not just an inconvenience, that’s a trust issue. Really disappointing experience. Would not recommend. More

Good dealership who i would say mostly cares about its customers. We’ve had some issues with the service department and our 2019 ascent. Issues that were present when we bought the car they told us they f customers. We’ve had some issues with the service department and our 2019 ascent. Duncan is so easy to talk to. He explains everything to me in such a way that I don't feel overwhelmed by what my car needs.
