He oversaw our entire experience by providing us with the perfect 2021 XC60 and introducing us to the perfect sales person in Billy Delgado. Billy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout the process. He went above and beyond on showing us how to set up all the incredible amenities the 2021 XC60 comes with and when I had questions after the sale he IMMEDIATELY responded to my text to help me out.
