Duncan did everything possible to make this another outstanding experience. He oversaw our entire experience by providing us with the perfect 2021 XC60 and introducing us to the perfect sales person in Billy Delgado. Billy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout the process. He went above and beyond on showing us how to set up all the incredible amenities the 2021 XC60 comes with and when I had questions after the sale he IMMEDIATELY responded to my text to help me out. Throw in the great service from Jorge in the finance department and that is just another reason we have purchased 4 new cars from CREST in the past 2 years.
