Its Like Christmas Started looking on-line to get an idea what the XT5 (upgrade from current SUV) and after testing one, realized this crossover was more like a station- Started looking on-line to get an idea what the XT5 (upgrade from current SUV) and after testing one, realized this crossover was more like a station-wagon than an SUV, and not big enough to do all the things I normally would do in a larger SRX. Lexi is their on-line gal, whom was very patient, and Always got back to me immediately with answers, she was so nice and not pushy at all. When I arrive at Coulter, I was introduced to Dureen Olson (over 2 decades working here) in her sales dept. I was expecting pushy again, and multiple Top sales & other depts. to pile on .... No such thing here .... Dureen is Very Knowledgeable, and Absolutely no sales tactics used- we tested, filled in paperwork, spoke to finance, took all of 15 mins to finish paperwork and Absolutely No-one using pushy sales tactics! It is no wonder this dealer has so many high review scores - we felt like Family!
