I have been dealing with Green Ford for over twenty years and for the first few vehicles there was always a different salesman, It has been a pleasure to have the same salesman Wiley Bass for last three sale and for the first few vehicles there was always a different salesman, It has been a pleasure to have the same salesman Wiley Bass for last three sales it is that kind of commitment and relationship you build with someone that listens and is personable to your vehicle needs. As far as service goes it is great for the most part especially at the dealership, it is the little things like attention to detail like putting caps and push pins back in place when changing batteries and doing alignment adjustments and making sure all trash is out of vehicle when done ie leaving the old oil change sticker laying on floor in my last service on the F150. I used to be a do it your selfer but as I get older I need to reli on oil changes and maintenance to be done right and with attention to detail Overall the service is good just need to ensure technicians maintain integrity when trying to get jobs done with in time allotments. That is what customers remember. Green ford is my dealership and I look forward to working with them in the years to come. More

Everyone was wonderful, initially the car I wanted sold before I got there but I was told about my car. It just came on the lot and the moment I test drove it. Took my vehicle in had a diagnostic done. They told me what needed to be fixed and said that it would take one day. 6 days later I get the phone call it had been fixed. After spending money o They told me what needed to be fixed and said that it would take one day. 6 days later I get the phone call it had been fixed. After spending money on having to rent a vehicle because none was available for loan went to pick up my vehicle. Drove my vehicle for a total of four days before the problems came back. Called me an appointment to the dealership again to let them know what had happened they told me to bring it in it would be no cost to redo. Upon them doing another diagnostic they told me the same thing was messed up and it was going to cost me an additional $1,800 to fix on top of the 1000 I had already spent. Ford dealership did not honor their agreement to fixed my vehicle and I am still stuck with a vehicle that is not running properly and I am out not only the money that was spent on the vehicle but the money I had to use to rent a vehicle to cover the five additional days I was without my vehicle due to Ford. More
