Greg in the service department asked us about our service needs and was kind and comforting, which was just what we needed! The facility is beautiful and designed to make customers feel at home. On a subsequent visit, the service manager Chris made arrangements for our appointment. Ava welcomed us and took care of getting things set up. Phil drove us to a restaurant in the courtesy van. Every part of dealing with Family Toyota is courteous. The two-hour drive is worth it to receive such great service. I feel like I am going to be a life-long customer of Family Toyota of Burleson! My visit was not for sales, so I can not complete some of what is listed below.This is too bad, because the individuals who have helped us have been great! More

Freindly Service, Family Atmosphere The moment we pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed by Tyler. He showed us around to the used cars, and even printed out a list of their availa The moment we pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed by Tyler. He showed us around to the used cars, and even printed out a list of their available cars in our price range. After very patiently showing us the cars we were interested in (a few even being in the service center) we picked out two to test drive. Tyler was very attentive, and informational, but also very down to earth. We felt really comfortable with the whole experience, which is quite a novelty in car shopping. After deciding on the car we were most interested in, we were still on the fence about really going for it. Tyler and his Managers allowed us to take the car home for a 24 hour "test" to see if it was the absolute right choice. Absolutely worth the drive from far north Dallas to Burleson! We came in the next day, ready to sign the paperwork, and take home our new car for good. Tyler and Kevin made the whole process simple, clear-cut, and easy, even with several options available for financing. We did not feel any pressure to buy what they wanted to sell us, and really felt like we were family. We will definitely tell everyone we know to go see the family at this dealership for a truly refreshing way to buy a car. More

No hassle, low stress, fair deal Having used a well-known pricing service to determine a fair purchase price, I was directed to a car on the lot at Family Toyota in Burleson, TX. When I checked the dealer's website, I found that the listed price matched what the pricing service (AAA via TrueCar) suggested as a better than average price. I called the dealer and spoke with John Carroll. We arranged a time for me to come drive the car and I told him that, provided the car met expectations based on the posted information, I'd likely purchase it. John and the rest of the dealership team was very pleasant throughout the process and did not make me wait while somebody checked information with someone else, who'd then have to verify it again with yet another person - it was about as straightforward a transaction as I've ever had or can imagine having at a car dealer. If you're looking for a car available through Family Toyota in Burleson, TX, I suspect you'd be glad for the investment of a phone call or drive out there to talk with someone on their sales team. More
