Service advisor was good and the service was quick. However, when I went to get into my vehicle the door handle had oil smudges and hand prints on it as did my steering wheel. Corey needs to learn communication skills to your customers. For a position up front he knows how to bypass communication with customers Unbelievable you need a vehicle for a week before you look a customers. The only response I received from Corry was I will find someone that will tell you the exact same thing, which make no sense. Because you had our vehicle from 7/2 to 7/24, we couldn’t use our boat. The said thing is Corey could care less. It wasn’t until I talked with Dustin before things got moving, I really believe Corey was playing games with me and seeing how long he could keep my vehicle because he knew I wasn’t happy with the time frame. For a position that sits at a desk by a phone he never reaches out unless you call and leave a few messages at his extension. Public relation training for him would go a long way for he has none. I hope he gets some needed training. Thanks Scott More
