I want to thank Chris Weber for his help with my vehicle. I noticed a dent on the right side of my car as I was walking towards it after the oil change. I am disabled and I don’t really go anywhere but when I noticed a dent on the right side of my car as I was walking towards it after the oil change. I am disabled and I don’t really go anywhere but when I do, I usually park in a handicap spot or I park next to the curb. And because this car is so special to me, I actually do a visual inspection before I leave my house, any time I park… yeah, a bit crazy about her. I was so afraid to talk to anyone about the dent because years ago I was screamed at by a salesman at another dealership because I didn’t want to go through with the trade. This was NOT at Beaver. So… I called Beaver Chevrolet almost 10 days later and after I told the lady who answered the phone why I was calling, she told me not to worry- she would get me to the right person. And YES she did! Chris Weber, you are a wonderful person, you didn’t ask me a bunch of questions or make me feel worried. You made me feel like I was the most important person that ever came to BC. You made me feel comfortable and you were able to make my car 100% again with no hassle. I will forever take my Chevys to Beaver because the sales and service employees have always taken great care of me. I was a customer of Riverside Chevy before Beaver bought the lot & whew what an upgrade that was! More

Update to my earlier review this week about an oil change and seeing a dent down the front Quarter panel. Evan and I were the last people leaving service When I was walking towards my car I saw the dent. I and seeing a dent down the front Quarter panel. Evan and I were the last people leaving service When I was walking towards my car I saw the dent. I went back in and talked to Evan briefly because I was so upset and on the verge of tears. He did recommend that I could contact the dent repair guy they use. I knew it was too late to get anything done and if I kept talking about it I was going to probably start ugly crying fast, so I told myself everything is fixable and I could follow up the next business day. Since I’m a cry baby and I didn’t want to see the extent of the damage while at the dealership, or crying and driving -I waited until I got home, When I showed my daughter, she said “Momma, I know that wasn’t there before you left.” We had just hand washed the car before we put her away after a quick trip to Wawa-the girls went in and I stayed in my car. Then when my husband got home it was too dark out to really see anything so he looked before he left for work the next morning. My family knows how special my car means to me and that I am very protective about her. They all agreed that the dent was not there before I went & that I needed to call the dealership asap. I have PTSD and severe anxiety so I was really afraid to call — even though I just wanted to ask if they have hi-def cameras in the service area. It took me almost a week to get the courage up to call them. When I called, i asked a nice young lady about the cameras & she inquired why I was asking & was there anything she could do to help. (What? She went above and beyond) this young lady was so kind, she had my information from my phone number & even though I thought it was going to be a quick call with a yes or no answer, she seemed genuinely interested as to why I was asking. When I explained that I was too afraid to talk to anyone about it, she told me that she understood but she wanted to help me. After I told her why I was calling & that I was really nervous because I don’t like to argue or debate with people… she again told me that I had nothing to worry about, nothing like that was going to happen. she said that I would need to speak with Chris Weber. I asked her if he would tell or argue with me. She said NOOO! He’s the nicest person you’ll ever meet! She was 💯 % correct! Chris took my call immediately and asked me if I could please bring my car back to the dealership so that he could see the damage. Whoever wrote the review saying that Chris was hard to work with must’ve been mistaken because Chris Weber is dedicated to his customers. Chris didn’t say anything like that”maybe you didn’t see it before the oil change or it could have happened anywhere “. Nope, he said that the guy that BC uses for dent repair will be there Monday and asked me if I would please come back so he could get it fixed for me I was so worried about contacting BC for over a week, just stressing over it needlessly! And in less than a few seconds, Chris was telling me that it’s going to be ok, they’re going to take care of my beautiful car and all I need to do is get her there. I am so amazed by how much care 2 employees gave me when they could have just dismissed me. Wow is right! I was definitely blown away by this last interaction, wowie! This is why I’ve always trusted them with my vehicles & why I will continue to do business with them ABSOLUTELY AMAZING More

All I can say is disappointing. The sales side fantastic guys didn't feel pressured when I bought the truck almost a year ago.
