Our jeep needed some extensive repairs. The work was performed in a timely manner and had communication with sales manager Dustin Litteral the entire time. Warranty and Recall service Called for an appointment and Dustin was able to get us in the next day. Our visit consisted of two service recalls, replacement of a water pump and b Called for an appointment and Dustin was able to get us in the next day. Our visit consisted of two service recalls, replacement of a water pump and blower motor, an oil change, and a fog light bulb replacement. I was extremely surprised to have the vehicle back the same day, and to top it off, our bill was only $42 for the cost of the light bulb. Everything else was covered under the warranty or service plan. More

Consistantcy I have had THE best service at Crown Chrysler and If you want to talk to someone who knows what you're talking about when it comes to servicing your v I have had THE best service at Crown Chrysler and If you want to talk to someone who knows what you're talking about when it comes to servicing your vehicle then I absolutely recommend Dustin Litteral. I never get the run around with him he explains everything in plain English and makes sure that you know exactly what's happening with your service. Truly awesome to deal with. More
