While we were reluctant to try Griffin Ford after a bad service experience just after they had taken over the dealership from Havill-Spoerl several years ago, they had two used cars of interest. When i drove up I was immediately greeted by Dustin Porter. He was friendly, frank and honest. We did not waste much time to take a test drive. He knew the vehicle thoroughly and clearly explained its features. Having a knowledgeable sales person is important to me. We made the purchase for a reasonable price and then were given a thorough and helpful delivery experience. More
