I can not say enough about John Chady and Dustin Porter. I purchased a Lincoln Navigator right before the pandemic hit and they went above and beyond to deliver the car to New York. They both worked extremely hard during this pandemic in registering car, sending paperwork back and forth, and trying to make this a stress free deal. It took months to finalize everything and they managed this in a courteous & respectful manner. John Chady even sent us professional sanitizer, as NY was a hotspot and suffering. I highly recommend this dealership in all aspects of car purchase. They are kind, caring, thorough and effective. I appreciate them very much and look forward to working with them again More

I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle. My wife and I purchased a 2019 F150. I was impressed with the dealerships observance of Covid-19 protocols. I was also pleasantly surprised that there My wife and I purchased a 2019 F150. I was impressed with the dealerships observance of Covid-19 protocols. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was zero pressure to purchase and additional coverage. It was of course offered, but that was it. When we said no thank you, the finance guy (Dusty) said OK and moved on. He was very friendly. I have had sale managers make me sign papers saying I was "refusing" all of the upgrades. Being a Wisconsin dealer, I was worried I was going to have to deal with the Illinois DMV, but they were all setup to get the paperwork done. Our salesman (Zac) exceptionally personable and very helpful. Again, I am extremely impressed with this dealership and hands down best car buying experience in my 40 years of buying vehicles. More
