Worst Ford dealer in Tri-state area ! This dealership offers one of the worst car buying experiences in the tri-state area. I saw a "lease" special in the window of a truck they had out on This dealership offers one of the worst car buying experiences in the tri-state area. I saw a "lease" special in the window of a truck they had out on the lot and when I talked to a salesman he had no idea what he was talking about and was all over the map with his numbers. When I left the dealership I called back looking to speak with the sales manager to share my un-happy experience and the receptionist was rude on the phone and transferred me to the wrong extension multiple times before I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up the phone and moved on to another ford dealer down the road. with in 3 hours of leaving, I purchased the same truck with EVEN MORE options than the one Lester Glenn had on their lot for $5,000 CHEAPER! I would never recommend this dealership or ever go back. More

Great dealer ship to buy from. This is my 2nd purchase from lester glenn and i am once again happy with my vehicle from them. Far better than other dealers, i live 10 minutes from another ford dealer, and would drive the 40 minutes to lester glenn ford over an over again. Dustin and Andy were a great help and i hope to deal with them again at the end of my lease. i would rate lester glenn ford a 5/5 More

Best car experience EVER!!!!! We into Lester Glenn Ford to get out of a leased 2012 Edge. I had 9mons left and My car was too small for my wife,two kids and a grandmother and I. W We into Lester Glenn Ford to get out of a leased 2012 Edge. I had 9mons left and My car was too small for my wife,two kids and a grandmother and I. Was looking for the Explorer and Dustin and Andy made it happen. I have been buying Fords since 2000 every 3 to 4 years I get a new lease. Well these two guys made the best transition and experience I ever had and will be returning the next time, My 4yr. old son drew a picture and Dustin hung it up behind his desk. Great place and great people to deal with. NOT like that xxxx Show of a place DANA FORD on Staten Island..... More

First Experience We were browsing dealerships and stopped at LesterGlenn Ford looking for a pre-owned car. After 5 mins on the lot Dustin came out to greet us and asked what we were interested in. He quickly engaged us by addressing my wife and 11 year old son as well. We were in a pinch to purchase a vehicle in a certain price range for a specific purpose. Dustin was attentive and focused on our goals for this purchase. He quickly presented options and began looking for cars that met our needs. There wasn't anything immediately available, so Dustin then engaged Andy who presented another option in a vehicle that initially caught our eye, but was beyond our price range. We took the car for a ride and Andy was able to work with us on the numbers. No pressure, just friendly conversation. We reached an agreement and purchased the vehicle. John in the finance department was also great to work with. Easy going and a good conversationalist. We got through all the details and along the way may have solved a few of the hotly contested political issues on a local and national level. This was my first experience with LesterGlenn. It definitely won't be my last and will certainly recommend them to others. Very good experience, great bunch of guys. Dustin is definitely an asset to this team in terms of first impressions of the dealer and salesmanship. He presents a professional, friendly image that quickly takes the edge off that predetermined customer apprehension when shopping for a vehicle. He was well versed in the business and genuinely interested in finding a solution to our needs. More

Not the case with Dustin and the management team at Lester Glenn. They were straight forward and didn't play any games at all. They were all very polite and professional in every way and Dustin's product knowledge is outstanding. He knows the inventory. Pricing was very fair. I was truly impressed with the entire experience and I highly recommend Dustin Smith and Lester Glenn Ford ! More

From Dustin my salesperson, to Andy the GM, and the to John in F & I , they all made me feel comfortable and made the usual hustle and bustle of buying a car a breeze. I would highly recommend Lester Glenn Ford and the 3 gentleman that helped me today, to anyone looking for a new or used car. I will definitely use LGF again in the future. More

aggressive sales My wife and I are in the process of shopping for a new car. We stopped in to this newer dealership in the evening around 7:00 pm. We were both very impressed with the salesman, Dustin, and his knowledge on the vehicle. Both Dustin and a sales manager helped us out. We were also very happy we were not forced to sit at a desk and get the typical line of questioning. (Trade in or lease.....your phone number.....) We left the store pleasantly surprised. I went online this morning to contact the dealership I visited last night. The number that I called went to a location in Toms River. I asked to be connected to the Ocean Twp Store. The operator that answered the phone asked if he could help me. I again asked "Is this the Ocean Twp Ford dealership?" He advised me he is in sales and could answer any questions I may have. I again requested to speak with the Ocean Twp Store. He advised me to hold on while he checks. He came back on the line and stated the operator was in a meeting. I thanked him and told him I would call back later. About 10 minutes later, I called a different t number, that I thought was the Ocean Twp Store and to my surprise, it was the same person who had answered the phone before. I asked if there was a direct line to the store and he advised "NO" that all calls would go through him. I simply asked if I could speak with anyone from the Ocean Twp Store. He finally connected me with a manager. I told the manager I was in last night and spoke with a specific sales person, but had a few basic questions. He told me the sales person was not in yet and he would have him call me back. I asked him if he could just answer a few questions. He again asked for my phone number. As a manager, why would of it been so difficult to answer a question for a customer. After I hung up the phone, I realized that this is not the type of dealership that I want to buy from. I wish them well and hope they change their practices More

i usually get very uptight when purchasing a new vehicle,but when i visited Lester Glenn Ford it was the opposite.I was very comfortable, the sales person was great and knew a lot about the vehicle, vehicle,but when i visited Lester Glenn Ford it was the opposite.I was very comfortable, the sales person was great and knew a lot about the vehicle, i recommend this dealership to anybody.OH one more thing i like to add i was in and out way under 2 hours. More
