I was immediately greeted by the General Manager, Mitch, as well as Dustin. They were very friendly and treated me with respect. They were very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, and I didn't walk away feeling like I had been duped. They were very fair and reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this dealership!! More

Worst Ford dealer in Tri-state area ! This dealership offers one of the worst car buying experiences in the tri-state area. I saw a "lease" special in the window of a truck they had out on This dealership offers one of the worst car buying experiences in the tri-state area. I saw a "lease" special in the window of a truck they had out on the lot and when I talked to a salesman he had no idea what he was talking about and was all over the map with his numbers. When I left the dealership I called back looking to speak with the sales manager to share my un-happy experience and the receptionist was rude on the phone and transferred me to the wrong extension multiple times before I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up the phone and moved on to another ford dealer down the road. with in 3 hours of leaving, I purchased the same truck with EVEN MORE options than the one Lester Glenn had on their lot for $5,000 CHEAPER! I would never recommend this dealership or ever go back. More
