I have to stop bringing my cars in for service because this is the second time that I’ve left with a brand new car. That just speaks to the service and efficiency of the dealership. I have been happy with my Audi service at this dealership. Dustin Wheeler is always excellent, but is no longer the Audi service rep. He did however respond to my emails and schedule my annual A dealership. Dustin Wheeler is always excellent, but is no longer the Audi service rep. The service advisor Mr. Dustin Wheeler was attentive, cordial and welcoming. My only disappointment was the day I requested the appointment 2 weeks prior I brought to the attention to another Service Adv cordial and welcoming. My only disappointment was the day I requested the appointment 2 weeks prior I brought to the attention to another Service Advisor the vehicle has a problem with possibly a sensor outside the vehicle . The days of the appointment Mr. Wheeler informed me on Saturdays they do not have technician to address technical problems.. I drove more than 50 mile for service. My advise; please do not offer certain services when it can't be rendered on certain days. Thanks. More

Dustin and the team were awesome! Dustin was super welcoming as always. I thought I would need a big repair to the oil pan in my car but when I told him how the car was malfunctioning, Dustin was super welcoming as always. I thought I would need a big repair to the oil pan in my car but when I told him how the car was malfunctioning, he was quick to point out what was actually wrong. The service was super quick and Dustin kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend going to Capital Volkswagen for everything from minor maintenance to large repairs. More
