I finally have found a dealership I can trust! I would like to recognize BMW of Ann Arbor for their excellent customer service and attention to detail . I was really impressed in how they went above and beyond in servicing my car during my last visit. Auto Service Advisor That is a Pleasure to Work With Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cu Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cure" the ailment. He is a great service advisor and always a pleasure to work with. Pleasant, patient and understanding, he keeps my Z and I inline. Dusty is my "go-to" expert on my Z and my son's 335i, always taking time to answer my most trivial of questions. The whole service department is great to work with and their work is always done right the first time. Dusty is the face of the dealership that I interact with, but I know there is an expert and dedicated staff behind him in the service bays. BMW of Ann Arbor is a pleasure to work with and I will always pass on my highest recommendation about them. Thanks so much to Dusty Harrison and all the service department. More
