She also went beyond my expectations in regards to my loaner vehicle. She started all my paperwork in a timely manner. I also met Dusty Harrison who finalized my service paperwork. He was very friendly and took great care of me as well. I highly recommend BMW of Ann Arbor to anyone. More

Not completely terrible which makes you better than most. Finance person never got back to me about extended warranties when I first got my car. Service is hard to reach by phone, even when you leave a mes Finance person never got back to me about extended warranties when I first got my car. Service is hard to reach by phone, even when you leave a message with your number. Once you do get in touch they are genuinely polite. They are pretty relaxed about giving out loaners and shuttle service in their i3's is convenient. One time my check engine light went on. It took 2 days of repeatedly calling two different people and setting up online to get an appointment. It was an error with a NOx sensor. This is related to a design defect on diesel BMW's that can lead to injectors and the DDE failing. That can cost quite a bit of money. Their solution was to erase the error code and see if it happens again, which buys them time for my warranty to run out and take on the ~$4000 repair by myself. More

Service center forgot to pick me up Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and told him I was available to go at any time he told me he would call me back. I called the dealership at 5:30, a half-hour before they closed, because I was concerned that I had not heard back from them. They said they could pick me up but not before I gave them payment over the phone. I refused as I told them I would not give payment until I saw my invoice. Needless to say they finally picked me up at 6:30 and I did not return to the dealership until about 7:00 PM. When I told Dusty that a courtesy phone call would have gone a long way, he told me that he planned to call me, but that he was swamped and couldn't make a call. I also found his explanation that they were swamped unbelievable, as I was the only customer who they picked up after 5:30, and I told him so. I also spoke to Mark Wade during this time and I stated that I found it very concerning that they treated customers this way. Mark told me that they did not treat customers that way, and I retorted that I was a customer and I was being treated poorly, which Mark had no reply for. All in all, a horrible experience. I have used BMW of Ann Arbor before, but after this encounter I will never go back to this dealership or service center again! More
