We had just gone to CarMax and they had a limit of two vehicles that we could drive in one day - how ridiculous! Amazing Experience; I had been in a bad car accident and was shopping to replace my vehicle. I went to several dealerships, to review and test drive their inventory. Without knowing the stressful time that I was going through, Hayes Chrysler was extremely accomendating and professional from the word "Hello". The staff (Wes) was very knowledgeable about the inventory and Chris was patient during her explaination of paperwork and recommended what options would best suit me...The Customer. It felt so right, that I couldn't go home until I bought my car. Even though I arrived 30mins before closing, they stayed late and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I was looking for my first new car in 15 years, and stopped to look at the cars available at Hayes Dodge. The salesman that I dealt with was Wes, and he was great! I test drove a Chrysler 200 and then stopped to look at the cars available at Hayes Dodge. The salesman that I dealt with was Wes, and he was great! I test drove a Chrysler 200 and then he showed me the Dodge Avenger. I did not drive it on that visit, but my husband and I returned, a few days later, and I drove the car and loved it! We were able to work out a satisfactory deal, keeping within our limit for a payment, and the entire sale went very smoothly. Our family was fortunate to work with Zack Mills for the purchase of two cars in the last month.
