Our experience with the Hayes Service Department has also been very positive! The Service Rep treated me with respect and was very courteous! We were so impressed with our purchase and experience earlier this year that we recommended Hayes Chrysler and Ken Honea to a family member who recently purchased another Jeep. We had just gone to CarMax and they had a limit of two vehicles that we could drive in one day - how ridiculous! Amazing Experience; I had been in a bad car accident and was shopping to replace my vehicle. I went to several dealerships, to review and test drive their inventory. Without knowing the stressful time that I was going through, Hayes Chrysler was extremely accomendating and professional from the word "Hello". The staff (Wes) was very knowledgeable about the inventory and Chris was patient during her explaination of paperwork and recommended what options would best suit me...The Customer. It felt so right, that I couldn't go home until I bought my car. Even though I arrived 30mins before closing, they stayed late and never once made me feel uncomfortable.
