I would definitely reccomend Hayes Chrysler and Wes Brissie to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My experience was extremely professional in that I never felt pressured by the salesperson to ma Brissie to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My experience was extremely professional in that I never felt pressured by the salesperson to make a decision. The salesperson actually listened to my request, and did not question my opinion or buying decision. I also appreciate the fact that he did not bash the other brands. The entire process was very enjoyable. More

Wes had massive patience w/ me. I had never seen a Jeep, much less inside one. I always knew I wanted one but the time was never right....not the greatest car when you have little ones! I had always driven much less inside one. I always knew I wanted one but the time was never right....not the greatest car when you have little ones! I had always driven the Mini Van or SUV which carried 8 people. My kids were now teenagers & I (Mom) was looking for a "fun" car to drive! He showed me several times how to take the car "apart". He was VERY respectful and knowledgeble to us and all our many questions. He took the time to answer every question and if he didn't know it, he made sure to find out. Wes made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered that day. He wasn't being pulled back and forth between customers. He had to drive to their other location to get the car and was very OK with that. I felt bad b/c I knew he might be missing another sell during that 2 hours or so it took for the drive. He assured me it was fine and not a problem. There was no pressure from anyone & the buying was very professional. We definitely will be back to that place if we buy another car they sell. Btw, not sure who enjoys the Jeep the most....me, my hubby or the kids! :-) More

Bought a brand new 2011 Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab. I love vehicles, but hate vehicle dealerships - expecially pushy car salesmen. Wes was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. He was forthright, vehicles, but hate vehicle dealerships - expecially pushy car salesmen. Wes was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. He was forthright, honest, non-pressuring, knowledgable, patient, and most importantly he made me feel like I was his only customer or concern for the day. He wasn't running from customer to customer and answering phones and such. His sole attention was on me and my finding a truck. Overall the whole experience was enjoyable and I would most definitely recommend Wes and the folks at Hayes in Lawrenceville. More

This is our fourth vehicle purchased at Hayes (Lawrenceville) since 1998 and we don't consider any other. We always do our homework and get reports from NADA, KBB and Edmunds, check for any rebat (Lawrenceville) since 1998 and we don't consider any other. We always do our homework and get reports from NADA, KBB and Edmunds, check for any rebates or incentive programs before we meet with the salesperson. Hayes seems to have a few long-term sales people, but many that don't stay too long, so ask the person you deal with how long they've been with the company. Dusty Hayes is honest, straightforward and great to work with. He made us an excellent deal on our new vehicle and we couldn't be happpier. Their service department is the best ANYWHERE, and we can't say enough about Adrian White and his customer service and technical knowledge. Overall, there's a reason this family-owned business is still going strong after so many other Dodge/Chrysler dealerships have disappeared. More

We came in to look at a "used durango" but that was not in our budget. Jason showed us the new dodge journey and because he knew so much about the features of the auto it totally sold us on purcha was not in our budget. Jason showed us the new dodge journey and because he knew so much about the features of the auto it totally sold us on purchasing one. He worked with us for quite a few hours and went above and beyond our expectations! We maybe looking for a new truck in the near future and will visit Hayes first. Even though before we had a very upsetting ordeal with the Hayes dealership in Habersham County, Jason has restored our faith in this dealership. More

She was going to drive the Oldsmobile Silh My wife had a 98 Oldsmobile Silhouette minivan. She loved her GM minivan, but GM stopped making minivans. She was going to drive the Oldsmobile Silhouette until the wheels fell off before she bought another car. We started looking about a year ago when the van had about 170,000 miles. She had decided on buying a Chrysler Town Country minivan particularly the LIMITED ADDITION model with all the bells and whistles and because all the standard electronic equipment including GPS, DVD players, Power Seats, plus heated seats that comes with. We did not want to buy a new one because it was more then we wanted to spend, but a used one about 2-3 years old and roughly 50,000 miles. Now at least a year later, her minivan had over 195,000 miles and she thought it was time to buy a newer car because she needed a car that can be more reliable driving back and forth inside the perimeter especially in the Atlanta crazy traffic and she thought she was pushing her luck on the Oldsmobile. We seriously looked for several weeks and test drove 4 different minivan at 3 Chrysler Dealers, but she did not find one with exactly the right color or the options that she wanted in our price range. On Memorial weekend we saw one online at Hayes Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. Next day went there. Hayes had number of minivans to choose from, including several used Limited Addition minivans. There were a number of vans to choose from with different colors and options. we got excited and started test driving several cars before we settle on one. after over 3 hours, yes it was over 3 hours we decided on one. The sales guy was so patient and knew how the operate all the gadgets.... let me tell you this car had options like I could not believe and the sales guy knew how everything worked. My wife absolutely love the Blue Tooth Phone system where she does not hold the cell phone anymore but tells the system to answered and she talks through her radio. She loves the car remote starter were she can start the car inside the house and the Air temperature will automatically set inside the car to 72 degrees whether it is 32 degrees or 90 degrees outside. She loves the Navigation System... The GPS is better than the one I bought in a store. She likes the radio telling her the name of song and artist that is playing, and she likes the automatic back seat will stow away with a push of a button. I mean, there is lot more options to talk about, but I want go into. She loves the car. But what was most surprising was that it wasn't a Chrysler Limited Addition Town Country model but a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT model loaded with less than 20,000 miles. The color was one I’ve never seen or noticed on a van. They call it White Gold and the Options was more then I’ve seen in all the vans I looked at. Yes I paid a little more than planned, but I got great financing at the dealer too that was competitive to my credit union. It was a total all around pleasant experience with no car selling pressure at all! More
