I was unable to make it into the dealership for a test drive, so Dwayne jumped in the car I was interested in, and drove it 30 minutes to me, so I could test drive it. The next day I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes and driving away in a brand new car. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and seem to all love their job. The Business Manager Mark Cornell had all the financial paperwork ready and completed in no time at all. Thanks again to everyone!! Jeff More

Our salesperson was Dwayne Cornett and he found the vehicle and brought it to us, explained all the features, and then sent us on a test drive. After the test drive we went in and he collected our info and then sent the business manager Bob Peterson over to talk to us about all our financing options. He looked into 3 different options for us and explained them all and showed us which one would work out the best for us but let us choose which one we wanted to go with. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and he went over everything with us and explained all the optional warranties and insurances that were available with the vehicle. Overall I think we were in and out with a new vehicle in around 2-3 hours tops and never once did we feel pressured into accepting anything we didn't want. It was by far the most comfortable I have ever felt buying a car, let alone a new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future who is looking for a vehicle and doesn't want to feel like they are being hassled. More

We had been through the buying process before and some had been better than others. Fortunately for us, this time we worked with Dwayne Cornett of Key Chrysler in Xenia. The initial phone call got the pricing established. Key was the only dealership we contacted willing to negotiate the price of the very in demand model we were searching for. When we came into the showroom to test drive the vehicle the experience was quick and no nonsense as it should be. We purchased the car that evening for the negotiated price and returned two days later to pick it up. At the second meeting, Dwayne patiently explained all the features of the car and even put on the front license holder after establishing that we wanted it. Total time at the dealership less than 2 hours. We will definitely return to Key Chrysler Xenia if we have the need for a Jeep or Chrysler product in the future and will recommend them to others. That was Key Chrysler in Xenia. Only 1 salesman took the time to help me out. Sad part is I had enough cash to buy the truck outright. However they managed to get me financed. Extraordinary effort deserves high praise Due to an incentive available only on the day I called Dwayne Cornett (zone rep contribution incentive), we hurried to Key to get an appraisal of the Due to an incentive available only on the day I called Dwayne Cornett (zone rep contribution incentive), we hurried to Key to get an appraisal of the two cars to be traded and to test drive many models. Dwayne was patient, extremely informative, candid and very supportive of what we wanted to accomplish. To make his challenge even greater, our former lender had failed to release the lien on one of the cars to be traded. With excellent coaching from Dwayne we were able to navigate these choppy waters and get the matter resolved with the former lender and a service bureau which had their records. I am a professional salesman and know how much hard work Dwayne had to put into this transaction and to our selection. This is the fifth car we've purchased from Dwayne over the past dozen years or so, and we simply wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I know the pressure that the car business currently puts on a new car sales staff, so the ability of Dwayne to keep his composure and move everything along at the right pace, and at the right times, was remarkable. I don't know if I, in his place, would have put up with us! We have one of two more car purchases in us before our ages dictate otherwise. Rest assured, there is no dealership other than Key which we will visit; and there is no other car salesman we will work with other than Dwayne Cornett.
