My experience was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. My 7 year old son was with me the entire time (4.5 hours). I asked him if he wished that he stayed home. He answered, "No, because then I would not have met all those nice people". That pretty much says it all. Only 2 disappointments were that when I purchased the new van, I almost had to stop on the way home to refill my gas tank (and my trade in was full) and the windshield wipers are bad (had to change those right away). This was a great experience and I have already recommended others to go to Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Dodge Ram to shop for a car. More

I usually HATE, car salemen, they pressure you to BUY ANYTHING, just so they make a sale. Not here, we were suprised on how nice and helpful every one was. Dwayne was very helpful and informative. My wife and I have visited several local car dealers in the past two weeks and the experience we had at Key Chrysler was the most rewarding. I would be amiss if I did not express my surprise and disappoin the past two weeks and the experience we had at Key Chrysler was the most rewarding. I would be amiss if I did not express my surprise and disappointment with the absence of customer parking. However, the warm and friendly reception we received from Mr. Dwayne Cornett quickly made up for that disappointment. The weather was a bit chilly, however, Mr. Cornett endured that while we looked at every possible vehicle for the correct fit. Please thank him for enduring our whims until we found exactly what the Jones family wanted. He did not try to pressure us into accepting something we did not want, he rather showed what we wanted to see and explained in the proper details until something clicked. We then proceeded to his desk, talked a bit more about price, what was available in rebates and discounts, and he listened to what we had in mind. He then left and conferred with management and returned with a proposal that was most understandable and acceptable. The overall initial encounter was very enjoyable. We applied a rating of 10. Mr. Bob Peterson, the Financial Manager, was equally accommodating. We found him to be very knowledgeable, through and efficient. I know he had accomplished a bit of up front work before we were asked to join him in his office, but in less than 30 minutes he had explained the entire process, all documents signed and we rejoined Mr Cornett for the final acceptance of the vehicle we purchased. During the approximately 3 hours we spent at the dealership, we found everyone we encountered to be friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you Key Chrysler for a very rewarding experience. More

Dwayne was very helpful and explained a lot about the options that came with the different models. He did not try to use any "high preasure" sales tactics which would have turned me away immediatly and t options that came with the different models. I had a very good new car experience at Key Chrysler in Xenia. It started when I emailed a question about a concern I had. I got an immediate response from Alex Tobey who answered my question. I sent several additional emails over the next few days and always received a prompt response from Alex. I finally decided to visit Key Chrysler to test drive a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Dwayne Cornett greeted me and explained the differences between the 2012 Dodge Avenger models available on the lot. Even though Key didn't have a new Avenger with the particular features that I wanted, they found the Avenger of my choice from a sister dealer. The paperwork process turned out to be both quick and painless. I left Key driving the vehicle of my choice and in minimal time. The following day, I emailed another question to Key. Once again, Alex answered my question thoroughly and in record time. I encourage anyone in the market for a new vehicle to give Key Chrysler in Xenia a try. They will not disappoint!! More

I hate....yes hate to buy a new car....I had driven my old Dodge for over 14 years and 140,000 plus miles rather than deal with a new purchase....I did not feel that way with Mr. Cornett, he was strait fo old Dodge for over 14 years and 140,000 plus miles rather than deal with a new purchase....I did not feel that way with Mr. Cornett, he was strait forward heard what I said and did not pressure me in any way...!!....I would buy from him again....to me it was more about the person who represents Key rather than the dealership as a whole....I have delt with your service department for several years and they set a standard that made me come back....Sales and service are most of the time two worlds apart.....I did not find that to be the case with your sales assoiciate....Charles Hott More
