I showed up 15 minutes early for my 8AM appointment To be polite and not have anyone waiting on me to show up. After waiting for instruction about where to park, I got out of my vehicle and was stared at an polite and not have anyone waiting on me to show up. After waiting for instruction about where to park, I got out of my vehicle and was stared at and abruptly told to “go sit inside”. After sitting for 10-15 minutes and seeing the room fill up around me, I was asked if I was being helped. I said I was not. She came back and told me “your appointment is at 8”. It was 7:56. I continued to wait until most of these other people Who are now showing up after 8 had been taken into the service offices. I then asked how long it was going to be before I would be helped. The worker stamped into an office where a man was standing and texting on his phone. He then began waving his arms and seemed to be upset. The worker came back and said there was another person in front of me. They must have been invisible because I was now the only person there. I then told them that I would leave since I could not get a timeframe for a simple drop off and needed to get home to my kids. I’ll head to my local shop from now on. They’re not rude there and you can drop off a car and be on your way. I do not need a sit down conference for a simple service to my vehicle. More
