Horrible experience: 2022 Acadia. Originally dropped truck off for oil leak (27,000 milesish i believe). Technician sent youtube video stating bad head gasket - will have it ready to go in no time. That night i get a call asking me to come pick it up because it needs to be ran for 300 to 500 miles with dye in oil to confirm issue. Gave truck back with check engine light on. While working with Service manager on check engine light, I personally found a large neon tool inside engine bay. Service manager made me convey the check engine light message to next appointment thechnician. Car was supposed to be done by a friday but they had to keep it over the weekend. Loaner car wasn't available till monday. Took 40 mins to release a loaner car. Truck was then supposed to be done on wed but didnt get it back till friday (no call). They did advise me of this before picking truck up, but the technician dropped a large tool on fender which caused a dent and chipped paint. They said body shop isnt available until 4 weeks from now and will have to have car for 3 days. During pickup of vehicle - they couldnt find the keys. Eventually found them. More

Needed an engine replacement due to recall. This dealer went above and beyond to get the new engine installed and put in extra hours so I didn’t have to cancel my vacation plans!!
