Dishonest. Disrespectful. I told the salesman what our monthly payment needed to be, and he texted me saying he'd found something in my price range, ready for a Disrespectful. I told the salesman what our monthly payment needed to be, and he texted me saying he'd found something in my price range, ready for a test drive. We test drove it and wanted to buy it. But partway through the process, they said that monthly payment was impossible, and put another vehicle in front of us to buy instead--one we had never seen or driven. This was 3 hours in! We got up to leave and asked for our keys back--we had to argue to get back our own keys. Then when we left, 2+ salesmen physically got in our way of the exit and then heckled us as we walked out. I am urging my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. They get one star for the coffee More
