Had engine problems due to manufacturer's problem. Ford warranty covered it. Car sat in the shop for 13 days and Darby with service would not return my calls or text. No rental car. Ended up buying a Ford warranty covered it. Car sat in the shop for 13 days and Darby with service would not return my calls or text. No rental car. Ended up buying a Toyota and trading my Ford in. More

I bought a certified F150 that had significant issues that I was unaware when I purchased it. The front shocks/struts and rear shocks were bad, this caused the tires to be cupped. Corwin replaced the ba that I was unaware when I purchased it. The front shocks/struts and rear shocks were bad, this caused the tires to be cupped. Corwin replaced the bad shocks but would not replace the tires that were damaged as a result of the bad shocks/struts. I had to rent a car as a result of the service visit that was quoted for a day which took 3 days, this costs me hundreds of dollars. I bought a truck from Corwin as I liked the idea of. Using a certified ford truck. I’m extremely disappointed that the truck I was sold has so many issues and Corwin isn’t doing the right thing and putting new tires on it. I now have to spend another $2,000 on a this truck, I wouldn’t have bought this truck if I knew I had to make that kind of investment the moment I drove it off the lot. More
