Dylan Bouchard followed up on my inquiry and actually listened to my wants and need to see the total price simply outlined - I quickly had what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay without stepping into the dealership. My trip to the dealership was easy - I did a quick test drive to ensure it was the car I wanted, Dylan had the car prepped and the paperwork ready for me to sign. He provided the right demos and made sure I was confident in using everything my new Highlander offered.
