Dylan Bouchard followed up on my inquiry and actually listened to my wants and need to see the total price simply outlined - I quickly had what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay without stepping into the dealership. My trip to the dealership was easy - I did a quick test drive to ensure it was the car I wanted, Dylan had the car prepped and the paperwork ready for me to sign. He provided the right demos and made sure I was confident in using everything my new Highlander offered. A few days after the sale when I had a question, he went out of his way to make sure my question was answered and forwarded on a YouTube tutorial…on his day off - thank you Dylan, I really did appreciate you going the extra mile for me. We ordered my car and I always knew the status. Dylan kept the communication throughout the waiting and I felt that my joy was also his. This dealer provides an excellent service overall as they put their clients requests first. I felt that I mattered to them as they tried to comply with what I was looking for.
