I had been researching models and prices used for the model I wanted, a Corolla Hatchback, online. Since I had only seen them online I went out to see them in person. I was expecting this to be a long multiweek process. I walked in and was lucky to get Dylan Bouchard who really listened to what I needed the new car to do and what my price range was. Jared Naegli, Dylan's manager, took me on a detailed test drive and also took note of what was important to me and showed me those features. The best part was that he made the pricing of a new Toyota Hatchback work within my budget by allowing generous credit for my trade-in. Also, I discovered the next day that i had left my garage door opener in the trade-in and Jared retrieved it for me to pick up. He also showed me how to open the hood, something I never got the hang of in my old Toyota. I got service effort above and beyond what I expected and I still can't believe that my car shopping only took one day. More
