However, I'm a little disappointed in the fact that when I came to pick up my car, they told me there were two keys and then I came back to pick up the spare key that they couldn't locate and I was told that there was in fact only one key. So I'm a little disappointed because I would never have bought a car if I knew there was only one key. I would've absolutely expected you guys to pay to make the second spare key, especially since I was told that there was one. I'm also very disappointed that my car was not detailed ready to go when I came to pick it up, especially since they knew that I was coming that day. So whether the salesman was off or not, it should've been something that was taken care of because my communication with the dealership was absolutely on point and the communication that I received back was very minimal and I felt like I had to chase down answers that I was looking for.
