Amazing dealership that is very helpful. I wish I purchased my car through them rather than Tully Mazda. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance and go to Werner Mazda. Very disappointed with care I received particularly from service manager Dylan. My car is a 2023 and I was having a hard time with one brake and rotor on one side. This is a freak thing with a new car. Wer service manager Dylan. My car is a 2023 and I was having a hard time with one brake and rotor on one side. This is a freak thing with a new car. Werner and Dylan said they could not help me agreed it is not in warranty but it is extremely rare and odd to happen. But it should have happened if my rotor was lubercated correctly. Mind you I was there at 7kmile with video oil change reviewing my car and at 17k. Everything looked fine at 7k. So for this to happen in a short period of time in between services on a new vechile. Is a faulty rotor and brake. After leaving there and being advised to call Mazda themselves. That they will help and make things right. They spoke to Dylan again and he was not on the customer side. Even though they also felt this is very abnormal situation. Very discouraging. I enjoyed going to Mazda Werner and wanted to continue my service there. But don’t see the point now. More
