I am surprised that the E 350 I had a good experience with R and H. I was looking for a four wheel drive used car with low mileage and I got one. I am surprised that the E 350 does not have some of the features that my BMW had such as totally programmable buttons (either for radio, satellite, or navigation), and mirrors that slant down when you back up. I also have not figured out if the car beeps when it backs up in addition to the camera. But my primary wish of a low mileage, four-wheel drive was satisfied. I can live with the rest. More

Bought a 2006 certified used Mercedes Benz SLK350 on Dec 06 2010. I had done my research and the asking price was the lowest among similar certified SLK's. Walked in with my dad for a test drive and was hel 06 2010. I had done my research and the asking price was the lowest among similar certified SLK's. Walked in with my dad for a test drive and was helped by Likisha Jones. She was excellent! she arranged the test drive right away and let us take the car by ourselves. She answered all our questions promptly and also gave us all neccessary information. The dealership never pushed us to make a sale but at the same time conveyed thier strong intent to make the sale. The final sale price was fair (Dylan Jones reduced the price right away, but the negotiation stopped there), i would have liked to save another 500, but considering that i got a certified car for around $750 more than the private party (excellent) estimate from KBB, i still feel it was a good deal. I also got 2 years extended certified warranty and Lori Brown shaved $300 off that. All in all i think it was a good deal, but more importantly the service was excellent. I have purchased 8 cars in the last 6 years and dealt with many dealers and it has almost never been smooth sailing, this is an exception. More
