I went to another dealer first and was appalled at the attitiude and service from the sales force. when i walked into r&h eveything went the way i wanted it to from beginning to end. i got the car i want attitiude and service from the sales force. when i walked into r&h eveything went the way i wanted it to from beginning to end. i got the car i wanted for the price i want to pay and the deal went thru with much ease. my only criticism is i was at the dealer for too long in my opinion. Michael and the R&H team offered the right price, but more importantly they hung in with me through tr business by meeting EVERY tough demand I had. And most importantly, they were able to secure exactly the right car by going above and beyond what "normal" dealers would do (I know, I tried elsewhere). The actual final purchase process took less than 30 minutes: in-and-out in the blink of an eye! You won't regret working with them. You may regret not selecting R&H for you next vehicle.
