This is simply not true and you know it I had all paperwork and documentation submitted. I have copies of all the emails & text messages to prove it. You guys never even processed my credit application because you knew the car was already sold!

Yes I indeed did have both my diver's license and insurance submitted. Like I said above I have copies of the email and text message to prove it. One of the very few times Dylan Mascari did respond to the multiple calls/texts I sent him he did verify everything was received. Below is a text message from him confirming everything was received: Text received: 12/31/19 at 5:12PM from Dylan Mascari: "I apologize Chad, I received everything from you and sent it all off to get billed out, I apologize for any lack of communication, however today is my day off and I am unable to provide any answers as to why it has taken so long." ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Below is a copy & paste of the email you sent me when I found out what REALLY happened (sold car to another customer) and I asked for my deposit back: "Sir, Sorry I did not get back to you yesterday I do not know what happened since I spoke to you on Christmas Eve there was some confusion probably due to the fact that to many people were involved and I apologize for that. I did have Dylan refund your money ASAP and I hope you get the car you are looking for, I am sorry again for what has transpired. Sincerely, Michael Capadona General Manager" Funny how the excuse (lie) you gave me in the email above is totally different from the excuse (lie) you're using now!
