The work required that Mazda keep my car overnight to wait for a part. I think they forgot to call me the following day when it was ready. ALSO...I am VERY disappointed that the dealership charged me $22 wait for a part. I think they forgot to call me the following day when it was ready. ALSO...I am VERY disappointed that the dealership charged me $22 to use my credit card for payment. After paying $750+ this is an insult. More

Very friendly and welcoming on my first visit! They made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done for my car and didn't try upselling me (my biggest turnoff with dealers).
