Dylan and his team at Honda Heritage of Westminster, were incredible! Super attentive and informative even days before we came in to look at the lot. The text message feature is awesome and Dylan was able to understand exactly what we were looking for prior to our appointment. But once we were on the lot, we saw a new car that met our needs moreso. After a quick test drive, we were hooked! It was a bit above our price range, but the team was able to finagle the numbers to make the monthly payments most affordable, without hassle. Never imagined I’d be the proud owner of a brand new vehicle but the deal was too good to be true and the vehicle seems made to order. We are thrilled with our purchase and had the greatest car buying experience. 100% recommend Dylan, Ken, and the Heritage Team! More

A great experience, especially by modern car dealership standards. Everyone was nice, courteous, not pushy, and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I wanted and was happy. Among the things I dislike the most is buying a car. Usually it involves a back and forth the salesman, the "manager" and others at the dealership. My recent purchase made from salesman Dylan Young involved NONE of that. I sat down with Dylan and told him exactly what I wanted and the first car he showed me fit the bill. I purchased it. It took me longer with the finance person that it did to complete my business with Dylan. No bull. Told him what I wanted and bingo there it was. I do have one complaint (it does not involve Dylan). My purchase was a cash transaction. No credit. No loan. Just cash. During my business with the finance person I was advised that they wanted to run a credit check. (My credit is outstanding [in the 820 range] and I balked. I knew exactly what would happen. The credit bureau saw the credit check as a "hard inquiry" and dropped my score 8 points. I was very unhappy about that. However, as I stated before, Dylan was a pleasure to work with. If I need to purchase another car I will definitely come to see Dylan. Ronald Sallow PS. My problem with the finance process did not involve the person I worked with it involved the dealership's policy relating with the need for a credit report. The person I worked with was knowledgeable, quick and easy to work with. More
