Purchase of 2017 Nissan Pathfinder We had a really great exsperience working with both E Price & Bishoy at Nissan of Coolsprings. E was terrific at explaining our new purchase, our 2017 Pathfinder. After car shopping for 2 weeks, we finally made the perfect choice. Bishoy was exstremly helpful also with our needs!. The only negative was that we shopped around on our trade in, and Nissan gave us the lowest trade in value for our Murano. Thank you, Embi & Zachary Helton More

Excellent service, well informed, no pressure I had nothing but positive experiences at Nissan of Cool Springs. I had a pretty good idea of the type of vehicle I was looking for and my sales asso I had nothing but positive experiences at Nissan of Cool Springs. I had a pretty good idea of the type of vehicle I was looking for and my sales associate E. Price was able to get exactly what I wanted to test drive right away. He was an expert on every feature of the vehicles I drove and was able to answer all questions and anticipate most of my needs. He even got one ready in 10 minutes for a quick test drive when I called ahead but had very little time to spare. There was never any sense or pressure or any of the unpleasant stereotypical sales tactics I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Corinna Limbocker (another sales associate) helped me with the purchase process and did a great job of handing the documents and making the process seamless. She even gave balloons to my children, which seems like a small thing when buying a car but meant a lot to them. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have had and would recommend the dealership in the highest terms. More

Nice Experience E resonded quickly to my online inquiry. We set up an appointment for me to come in for a test drive. E was tied up with another customer when I arrived, but he had already made arrangements for me to meet with Bayo. Bayo was fully prepared and knew what I was interested in. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle with regards to pricing. They were very fair and with little negotiation we agreed to a very acceptable deal. It was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. A couple of days later, I noticed a small slit in the front passenger seat. I called E and he had me bring in the vehicle right away. Brought his manager out and immediately agreed to have his leather people repair it at my place of work. No hassle. More

Friendly sales associates, back-end help could step it up Overall, a good experience with the sales associate. The one we were supposed to meet up with was tied up and handed us off to another. The process beyond that point could use some improvements. As my first new car purchase unfolded, I learned a few things. The person you deal with on the front end doesn't have the power to close the deal when you start negotiating. The sales manager has to come out and take over. As we waited to move to the next part of the process (finance), we watched the same thing happen to several other customers in the showroom. Our salesman kept saying we had to talk to finance about loan details and extended warranties. So when we walk into finance it was very awkward. Nice guy, but maybe too many assumptions on his part. He asked did we have any questions, and I reiterated again it was our first time buying a new car so he would need to lead us through the details. Still no details on term, down payment amount, interest rate, etc. We start going through the paperwork and finally I say we haven't even discussed loan details. He said oh, it's xx months, xx rate, with xx down payment and All of the paperwork is ready for you to sign. I responded shouldn't we discuss that. I might not want to finance for 5 years, and I was previously told the rate would be xx. After spending a lengthy amount of time in that office, the deal was done. Over. Again, I think there are good people there, just need to improve on the process and communication. More

Top shelf salespeople Was a pleasure working with the people at Cool Springs Nissan. Being a prior auto sales person myself, I went into the dealership with what I think Was a pleasure working with the people at Cool Springs Nissan. Being a prior auto sales person myself, I went into the dealership with what I think is a bit more knowledge than some people. But with that said, my wife and I received everything we asked for. My wife walked away happy with her new2015 Nissan Rogue. Had a small xxxx up, but with a handshake, a smile and thorough assistance. The deal went very smooth. Top shelf service, the cats meow! Plan on being back to make myself a trade! The new Nissan In our personal opinions are missing a couple creature comforts. Such as the standard wimpy rearview mirror(Nissan should one up themselves and factory install the 250$ auto dimming home link rearview mirror, the door locks, every vehicle I have ever owned, I put in park and vwala doors unlock. This vehicle (you have to put in park and completely shut the vehicle off before the doors unlock), I would also like to have in combination with the standard speedo tac. A digital. Keep in mind we have previously owned Land rover, and fully equipped Chevy Equinox . But I think the quality will speak for itself. Maybe Nissan will catchup and install some of the others creature comforts as standard and put em all out to graze. More
