A extremely positive experience from start to finish. No high pressure sales from anyone. Just focused on trying to accomplish my goals. On my first visit I walked away from the deal because we were still a high pressure sales from anyone. Just focused on trying to accomplish my goals. On my first visit I walked away from the deal because we were still a bit apart on where I wanted to be to purchase. Everyone made me feel like they were happy i came in, and the time they spent with me was not wasted because they didn't get a sale out of it. I was so impressed by that experience, that two days later I came back and negotiated a sale I could live with. Both parties contributed and met in the middle to make my purchase happen. I have nothing but praise for the team at this dealership. More

Price was my sales rep fo In this very busy dealership, I still feel that the employees at Cool Springs Nissan make service excellence their goal. E. Price was my sales rep for a purchase in July, and while the process took an hour or two more than I had planned, E. P. was pleasant and patient throughout with applying pressure. For my regular car washes, the group in service are quick and accommodating. For my first oil and filter change, I made an appointment, but the place was fully booked, so I left the car all day. This process was a bit more hectic for the employees (with a printer that did not work), but my rep promised to scan and email or mail the task list to me for my maintenance records, so I am pleased. More
