I came into the store on Saturday and it was extremely busy. Lauren was working the front desk and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was very friendly and professional. On Monday I was greeted by E Price and he also went above and beyond to help me find a good, dependable used vehicle. I also spoke with AJ Rogers, and dealt with Mickey from Service when the vehicle I bought was being checked out. Every employee that I dealt with or came in contact with ( including the lady that was cleaning) at Nissan of Cool Springs was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. E Price was very responsive to my wishes, including getting a better deal for my trade in. He was assertive without being aggressive. The only issue I had was that one of the keys did not work when I g getting a better deal for my trade in. He was assertive without being aggressive. The only issue I had was that one of the keys did not work when I got home. I had to bring it back in for reprogramming. I am very happy with the car. I am hoping that the stated mpg pans out. I love the car--I do wish it had a little better pick up. The engine is also very loud as it shifts through the gears. The sales and financial experience was great, however. More
