What a great experience! The salesman was extremely helpful instructing us about all the bells and whistles on our new Murano and even sent the car back to the service detp because he was not happy with the detailing of the car. The service dept is also great and is the main reason we came to Cools Springs Nissan to buy our new vehicle. They are very friendly and honest - something you don't see at other service depts. They even recommended that we have glass repairs done by another provider in the city because they would be cheaper. Now that is an honest service dept. More
