I bought my 2021 Aviator at this location and have been satisfied with the service till the most recent encounter. I asked for pickup and delivery and was told it was not available at this distance. May I speak with the service manager? I was connected to voice mail and left 4 messages and got no return phone calls. I opted for the "road trip" special, which included new wipers and tire rotation. The car was returned with tire pressure indicators showing front and back return pressures. After a return to the dealership and the same indicators showing backward pressure, I was assured the tires "were fine." I needed the service because I was taking a long trip and I travel alone. While driving along 95 south in Virginia the following week, I encounter a torrential rainstorm. My new wipers are flapping against the windshield-they are coming out of the channel and I cannot see. Then, the tire pressure sinks to 32-24 all the way around. I don't know what has happened at this Lincoln Dealership. But I bought a Lincoln because I wanted a safe ride. This was certainly not my experience. 1: Always had pickup and delivery, and now it's too far? 2. Tire pressure ok? And then it sinks in a torrential downpour? 3. New windshield wipers flapping across the windshield in a torrential downpour? This is terrible! More

usually good but last time was horrible, waited 3 hrs and finally had to ask where my truck was even after this was a scheduled appointment.
