Service department not very impressive. Service writer doesn't return calls. takes a long time to get an appointment for service, like over a month. No one brags about having to take their truck to the dealer for repair - but I will brag about the services i've received. I knew that I'd someday need service and Earl proved to me he was the guy to take care of my investement - and 7 years later, I'm still going strong - on my second truck and with incredible service from him and he's Service lead, Drew.
