Great experience overall when I took my mom to buy her new Lexus. We were sort of dreading the visit because my dad recently passed away and we were trading in two vehicles that had sentimental value. E new Lexus. Earl our sales rep made the whole experience pleasant and painless for my mom in a time where she was vulnerable. We received a very fair offer on the trade-ins and Earl made sure my mom was comfortable and answered all our questions. Can't thank the Earl and the Lexus staff enough for their professionalism, and for ensuring my mom was treated wonderfully. More

When we were there in person (we live in Pittsburgh), the staff were highly professional, but also very friendly. I’m so glad that I bought my car from Tammy, and also so grateful that she ensured that Drew would be our instructor to go over all of the features and teach me how to use them. He was not only highly knowledgeable, but very kind and patient. I would not buy a Lexus from any other dealer despite the 2 hour drive. More
