Great experience overall when I took my mom to buy her new Lexus. We were sort of dreading the visit because my dad recently passed away and we were trading in two vehicles that had sentimental value. E new Lexus. When we were there in person (we live in Pittsburgh), the staff were highly professional, but also very friendly. I’m so glad that I bought my car from Tammy, and also so grateful that she ensured that Drew would be our instructor to go over all of the features and teach me how to use them.
