The whole team was so professional and went above and beyond to help us find our car. The whole process went really smooth and paperwork was done quicker than we anticipated. This was the best car buying experience ever. Everyone in all departments was responsive to any call, text, or email from the time that I reserved the car until the day that we picked it up. When we were there in person (we live in Pittsburgh), the staff were highly professional, but also very friendly. I’m so glad that I bought my car from Tammy, and also so grateful that she ensured that Drew would be our instructor to go over all of the features and teach me how to use them. He was not only highly knowledgeable, but very kind and patient. I would not buy a Lexus from any other dealer despite the 2 hour drive. More
