It is my pleasure to write a review of our experience that lead up to our purchase of our 2026 UX 300 Hybrid Sport. This process began at least a year ago, when we were interested in purchasing a 2026 that lead up to our purchase of our 2026 UX 300 Hybrid Sport. This process began at least a year ago, when we were interested in purchasing a 2026 ES 350 Hybrid. As this model was being redesigned, it wasn’t to be released until April of 2026. In the meantime, we were not sure that we liked the redesign and started to wonder if we really wanted another sedan. We looked at the UX but thought it might be too small. After much discussion, we decided the UX would be just what we needed at this time in our life. Through all of this debate and discussion, we were so fortunate to have you as our sales lady. We have purchased many new cars over the years, but, have never had a sales person who is as knowledgeable and meticulous as you are. You were always available and always able to answer all of our questions. We appreciate all the hard work and effort that you provided to us in helping us purchase this car. This 2026 UX300 Hybrid Sport is the first SUV that we have ever owned. It took us a little time to get used to it and it doesn’t seem to be that small, when you are inside. It has plenty of zip, the gas mileage is awesome, the ride if very comfortable and it is really quiet. We absolutely love it. We both agree that we would never buy anything but a Lexus in the future and only from Yoko. More

I just bought my first Lexus last month. I had no intention of a purchase the day we went in but was so impressed by the RX350h I ended up ordering my car that day. The dealership is elegant and Yoko's enthusiasm was contagious. She kept me updated on my delivery date (a week earlier than expected) and got me locked in at a 2.9% interest rate while it was still available. So glad she did because that rate went away 2 weeks later. A very positive experience all the way around. I'm loving my beautiful new car and all the safety features it provides. Because of the safety rating my insurance dropped by $160/yr. Thank you to the staff of Lexus Akron-Canton and especially to Yoko. More

From beginning to the end of me driving the car out of the dealership...My experience was fantastic and all employees involved in the process (Even the General Manager, who had to get involved to make the transfer of my car possible to the Akron Dealership), were all stellar and pleasant to deal with. I now own one of the last RC 350F series in the US. With the exterior and interior color that I chose, there are less than 100 of these in the entire US! Now you can see why I'm so happy and impressed with how everything transpired. More
