We had had a bad experience with a salesman at Findlay Toyota earlier on in the morning, and were discouraged by the time we got to Ford. I am glad we got George. He was not pushy, he helped us find what we needed, he was personable, and a genuinely nice guy. I would definitely look for him if you are going to Ford. More

Got exactly what I was looking for without. I had come to the decision of what vehicle I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and how I would like the deal to play out. A 2018 Explorer was my target an I had come to the decision of what vehicle I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and how I would like the deal to play out. A 2018 Explorer was my target and Ford Country was the closest dealer to my house, so I submitted an application on their website and was contacted by Jose Chavez shortly after. I gave him the details of what I was looking to do and he told me no problem he could make it happen. I showed up later that day and he did exactly that, without compilation and rather quickly he had put the deal together, got it approved, and had me in finance wrapping up all within an hours time. I've worked in sales most of my life and could not be happier with Jose and Ford Country's entire process. More

Good salesmen Salesmen did well. He made sure to take care of everything as soon as possible for me. They gave a good price for looking up the car online. One is Salesmen did well. Took over four hours to buy a vehicle. Process is incredibly long, but this is an industry problem not just a Ford problem. Though, Ford could work on it. More

Vehicle purchase We have previously bought 3 cars from them with no issues but after this experience I will never buy another one from them. First Ken said the reason We have previously bought 3 cars from them with no issues but after this experience I will never buy another one from them. First Ken said the reason said they would only give us 12300 for our trade in when I showed him one their website almost the same vehicle for around 20000 I was told it was do to the vehicle being smoked in. The car was never smoked then he pretty much called my wife a liar. We ended up buying the vehicle and taking the low ball trade. Then 1 day later they had it listed for 21500. I understand they are in business to make money but why do they have to screw over customers that bad. I will never return to do business with them again. I will give Ed high marks we worked with him on all our purchases and he was always a pleasure to deal with. More

Auto sale experience. Unfortunately I had a vehicle that was no longer operative. Therefore, I was in desperate need of a new one. The day I visited the dealership was also the day my husband was in the hospital ICU after having heart surgery. Mr Andino and Mr Rusca were extremely helpful and compassionate. Mr Andino guided me through all of the important vehicle operational steps with unbelievable patience and care during my time of need.
