Brought a clean truck with no issues. 6500 miles. Dealer decided to top off my DEF fluid even though I didn’t ask. Came back to pick up my truck and it was dirty and they spilled corrosiv 6500 miles. Dealer decided to top off my DEF fluid even though I didn’t ask. Came back to pick up my truck and it was dirty and they spilled corrosive DEG fluid all over the truck. Leaving stains. Now my Def system says full even though it’s got 1500 miles. So now I’ll be back next week to get that addressed!! More

The issue was difficult to figure out, but they figured out what the problem was with my son‘s Chevy, Colorado and repaired it. They had to keep it about a week, but Ed Barnes kept me informed.
