This was my 4th purchase at Al Hendrickson Toyota and this time was not good. I have purchased 2 Corollas and 2 Camrys from the dealership and was hoping for a better deal. The "loyalty program" clearl this time was not good. I have purchased 2 Corollas and 2 Camrys from the dealership and was hoping for a better deal. The "loyalty program" clearly doesn't work here. The worst part was after purchasing a 2021 Camry, they didn't even fill up the tank! The gas tank was at a half. I was really disappointed. Did I mention this was my 4th purchase at this dealership? It's the little things that matter. I would love to speak to Al to let him know that this time was less than perfect customer service. More

Words can’t describe how HORRIBLE my experience was with Ed B. We came in and were speaking to someone else and he was very easy to work with. He started laughing at and belittling my religion and asked my brother to “step outside” to fight him. I have never experienced such blatant prejudicial hatred nor this level of unprofessionalism. My family only comes to this Toyota to buy cars and it was shocking to see they would hire someone with a lack of manners and etiquettes. More
