My wife and I were treated very well by the two Honda representatives. Marcin was very patient with us as he explained the options to us for financing our new Honda. He did not put any pressure on us to accept any of the extras that were available on our vehicle.Ed was very gracious in detailing how the whole process worked in purchasing a new Honda CRV. In fact he was able to get us a $500.00 deduction for being a current Honda owner---we already own a 2007 CRV and 2008 Accord. We are grateful to Ed for reprogramming our locking system in our new CRV and also on the 2007 CRV. He even ordered a part for the 2007 CRV and followed up to say that the part was ready for pick-up. Ed certainly went above and beyond the call of duty! We plan to take all three vehicles for service at Curtiss Ryan. This was my first experience at Curtiss Ryan and needless to say I was impressed. Ed Blauvelt was extra-ordinary going above and beyond what was expected. Likewise, with Marcin Kieltyka, who handled our credit application and made us feel at home and relaxed. My first visit, I was there after closing time and never felt uncomfortable that I was holding things up. When I picked my car up, of course, I was treated with royalty. Ed Blauvelt was there on his day off to close the deal with us. To prove what an extra ordinary guy he is, I was missing two small bolts and nuts for my license plate. Ed was nice enough to go into the service department to get them for me. Over-all, keep up the good work Curtiss Ryan! I will never forget this experience and I will definitely recommend customers in the future. More
