2015 Silverado Ed was the first salesman I talked to. We discussed what I was looking for in my price range, he wasn't pushy and worked with me on my time. After fin Ed was the first salesman I talked to. We discussed what I was looking for in my price range, he wasn't pushy and worked with me on my time. After finding the vehicle I wanted the process went pretty smoothly. After everything was completed Ed walked me through setting up onstar. Just before this happened we accidentally locked both sets of keys inside the truck! Ed immediately located some tools and began to break into the truck, I called a locksmith but Ed was determined to get it unlocked! Roughly 5 minutes in Ed was able to unlock the truck and continue the walkthrough with onstar with me. Ed definitely goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend contacting Ed if you ever find yourself inside of Ray Chevrolet! 10/10 More
