We worked with Ed Dembski throughout the process from the initial test drive and he was knowledgeable and willing to work with us without being that pushy or aggressive sales person. Brian DeAvilla and George Gigovski were also a big help with answering questions we had regarding features and specifications on their existing inventory and providing a real price quote through our internet query. I can't tell you how much that helps when you are trying to make a decision on a major purchase like a new car. More

Like family I just purchased a used vehicle from Ray Chevy, and i'm very happy with the deal and the service. Ed Dempski was my salesman, Ed was recommended to I just purchased a used vehicle from Ray Chevy, and i'm very happy with the deal and the service. Ed Dempski was my salesman, Ed was recommended to me by my son. This guy was great. We talked for a long time, not only about the car, but about all the people we both knew. That's where the family part comes in. Everyone, right down to the financing guy, had suggestions, answers, and did their best to get me the best deal and make the truck exactly what I wanted. "Jim, is this truck exactly what you believe you'll be happy with?" That's what Ed asked me after a lot of small talk and comparisons. And that's when it all came together. A couple of signatures later and I was a happy man. Little things that needed repair were taken care of. The truck was cleaned and ready to go. Ed spent more time with me to completely familiarize me with the electronics, the service agreements, the warranties, and any other question I could come up with. Let's just say, I am VERY satisfied. I got a call from Ray asking me if I would bring my car in for an appraisal, I told them there is no chance for me to get a new car without raising my payment and was told to come in anyways and they would give me a free oil change. I figured what do I have to lose, and drove off in an upgraded brand new car with the same payment. Ed Dembski and the crew at Ray really knows how to take care of their new and repeat customers!
