Chevy ED saves the day. I was stranded at work in my other car on the rain/snow/ice day. could not drive my car more than 2 feet. Love my Equinox!! I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone Ed was friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and he worked with me to get what I wanted. The only I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone Ed was friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and he worked with me to get what I wanted. The only thing I'm a little irritated about is that I don't live closer so I could stop in for their "pit stops" as Ed called it. Free car wash and check up on my vehicle whenever I want as long as you buy from Ray. More

Pleasantly breathtaking experience! Called one Saturday morning about a Subaru I found online. Vince Bell assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed for the long drive. He was right! Drove from Milwaukee WI to Fox Lake IL same afternoon. Drove back home same day with our superb Subaru! Ed, our salesman, worked diligently to get us a price we were happy with. David in Financing was great also in providing favorable financing. Inasmuch as I wouldn't advocate driving away with the car before financing has been finanlized, (there was some subsequent lack of communication) it all worked out in our favor. More

Raychevrolet has a wonderful staff to help you to not only help you find the car you are looking for , but also explain all the ins and outs to make your purchase. Two people who really went out of their way to help was Ed Dembski and Vince Bell. Both set with me and explained in detail what was happening and answered all my questions no matter how dumb. Both treated me with a great deal of respect. Ed was very knowledgeable about the new Equinox I was about to buy, he walked me through everything I needed to know about the car. Both Ed and Vince have followed up by phone and email with me to see if I had more questions or if any problems had popped up and remind me to call them.
